Before Contacting Us
Do you need to contact Local Community Services?
We work closely with a number of community providers, including District Nursing, Social Services, Community Mental Health Teams, Health Visiting, School Nursing, and local therapy services. These teams often have their own direct contact points for advice, ongoing care, or follow-up.
For details of how to contact these services directly, please see our Local NHS Services page.
Many community services can support you without needing to go through the GP practice first, and they may be the quickest way to get the right help.
Do you have queries about hospital or clinic appointments
If your appointment is with a hospital or community clinic (for example: Wexham Park, Heatherwood, King Edward VII, Marlow Hospital, PPG MSK or Diagnostics, Frimley Maternity, or other specialist outpatient clinics), please contact the hospital or service directly regarding:
- appointment dates or times
- cancellations or rescheduling
- waiting list updates
- radiology or imaging appointments
- test results performed outside the GP practice
GP surgeries do not have access to hospital booking systems, waiting lists or radiology scheduling information, and we are limited in how much we can update or chase these on your behalf.
The fastest way to resolve appointment queries is to contact the hospital or clinic directly using the number on your appointment letter, text message or hospital website.
How to contact the surgery
95% of our patients now contact us via eConsult where you will often get the quickest and most convenient resolution to your query. Blood results and prescription requests can be made through the NHS App. You are welcome to call us for issues that cannot be resolved via eConsults, or for booking directly-bookable appointments (such as blood test bookings) that can only be done through the phone, or if you are unable to use the online system.
