Welcome to our practice – 3 steps to joining our practice
We are always pleased to welcome new patients. There are a number of simple steps to help you register with us and develop a full understanding of the options available to you and what is available from our practice.
Confirm you live within our practice boundary
As a guide, our boundary covers Iver, Iver Heath, and Richings Park (SL0). The NHS registration journey checks catchment early in the process.
If you do not live within our boundary, or move outside it, please register with a GP practice covering your new area.
Practice options and support
Online access to your medical records — use the NHS App or NHS Account to manage your prescriptions, appointments and test results. Local NHS services — see our Local NHS Services page for services you can access directly without a GP referral. To register as a permanent patient (living in the area for 3 months or more), use the NHS online registration service. No proof of address, ID, or NHS number is required.Booking an appointment

Support for carers, veterans, homeless people, asylum seekers and others who may have a poorer experience of care is available through a range of local services — see our Local NHS Services page. Annual learning disability health check (for patients aged 14 and over): patients with a learning disability on our register are invited annually. When your registration is processed you will be allocated a named GP. You will be informed of this by letter or email. Further information on what this actually means and what the benefits of continuity of care (seeing the same clinician for a particular problem whoever that clinician is) can be found under As is explained there will be times when your allocated GP is not available, but you are free to see any other GP within the Practice.Practice facilities and support
