We work with NHS hospitals, community teams and councils to help you access the right care in the right place. The services we most commonly refer to or signpost patients to are listed below. Not all of them are run by the NHS, but we have included them because they work with the NHS or offer support that is helpful for our patients.

Self-referral Some services allow you to contact them directly without needing a GP appointment or a referral from your GP surgery. Look for the green self-referral badge in the section headings to see which services can be accessed this way.
